IV Infusion Set Injection Molds

IV Infusion sets are used in devices that provide the proper volume of intravenous medicines, fluids etc. delivered at a certain flow rate.

Basically, an IV Infusion set consists of long extruded tube, Connectors, Drip Chamber, Spike and Controller (Roller Clamp).

BHM have been making injection molds for Infusion sets’ components since 10 years ago.

In addition to mold development, we also offer Plastic Injection Molding in ISO Class 8 clean room environment. The OEM molding is typically for plastic parts of Class III medical devices, such as Catheter/ Delivery System components.
